Pay it forward by making a donation to SJPC in honor of, or in memory of a loved one whose made an impact in your life.

It’s simple, after you make your donation, follow these steps:

2. Tell us in a few sentences how your loved one has impacted you/your family’s life.

3. If you’d like, include a picture of your loved one or the person who has made a difference.
