Rhonda R. Neal joined Saint Joseph Parenting Center (SJPC) as the Executive Director in 2019. Under her leadership, SJPC has grown from a $600,000+ to a $1.3M organization, strengthening lower Fairfield County, families that are at risk of child abuse and neglect by providing parenting education and resource support.

She brings a wealth of nonprofit experience having spent close to15 years working for Guideposts, a nonprofit inspirational publication overseeing the strategic direction of the Outreach department. 

She also worked at INROADS FWC Inc., one of her favorite organizations, which develops talented, minority youth for business and industry, preparing them for corporate and community leadership.

She brings her dynamic passion to SJPC to further their mission and protect children in the local communities of CT.
